We are a principal lender who are self funded with a genuine appetite to lend. Like traditional bridging finance companies we offer short-term bridging loans (with most running for just a few months), but unlike traditional short term lenders, we also offer medium term loans of up to 3 years.
Our innovative and market leading products for Residential and Commercial Property transactions offer loan sizes ranging from £50,000 all the way up to £25m. With market leading rates and the option to roll up or retain interest to improve cash flow, we provide some of the most cost effective property finance currently available. We offer a wide range of short and medium term lending products to suit borrowers' different needs. These include Residential and Commercial Bridging Finance, Residential Refurbishment Finance, HMO funding, 2nd Charges, and 3 year Buy to Let products.
