Dragonfly Medium Term Loans
Our Medium Term Loans are designed for those occasions when bridging finance at less than a 12 month term is not appropriate. For example:
when the security property is already generating enough rental income to cover our interest
when planning is being sought on the property
when an applicant is experiencing exposure limits with the high street
when the applicant is turned down by the high street due to automated credit scoring
when the security is being purchased by a limited company
where there is substantial equity in the property but not enough rental cover. A Drawbridge Medium term loan can be put in place while a rental review takes place.
Our 2 to 3 year term Medium Term products allow you to roll up a significant portion of the interest (so that the monthly interest is as low as 0.59% per month (6.99% per annum)), helping to ease cash flow, whilst allowing you to borrow up to 85% of the purchase price. Medium Term products with a 2 to 3 year term include:
RESIDENTIAL LOANS
Residential Property Purchase/Finance (Buy To Let) - Up to 85% of the discounted purchase price (100% with additional security),
Residential Property Refurbishment - Up to 70% funding of purchase and up to 70% of the refurbishment costs,
HMO Purchase - Up to 85% funding of discounted purchase price.
