At Dragonfly Property Finance we’re more than a typical bridging loan company -  we provide short term loans up to 12 months like others companies but we know there are many situations, for instance when planning permission or a longer sale period is needed, where longer term property finance is needed.

We can provide non regulated residential investment loans, 2nd Charges, Development & Mezzanine loans and commercial property loans which can include up to 100% of the costs of refurbishment, from a few months up to 3 years, in many cases rolling up part of the interest during the term to help improve cash flow.
